急性低压缺氧对飞行员血浆超氧化物歧化酶及总抗氧化能力的影响 被引量:7

Effect of acute hypoxia on plasma super oxide dismutas and total antioxidant capacity in pilots

摘要 目的 探讨急性低压缺氧对飞行员血浆铜锌超氧化物歧化酶 (Cu Zn- SOD)及总抗氧化能力 (T- AOC)的影响。 方法 用比色法测定了 16名健康男性歼击机飞行员缺氧前 (6 :0 0 )、急性中度低压缺氧后即刻 (10 :0 0 )及 6 h后 (16 :0 0 )的血浆 Cu Zn- SOD水平及 T- AOC,并以 16名健康男性地面人员相应时间的测定作对照。 结果 缺氧前飞行员的基础 Cu Zn- SOD水平高于对照组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;缺氧后即刻 ,飞行员的血浆 Cu Zn- SOD水平较缺氧前明显降低 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,缺氧结束后 6 h恢复到缺氧前水平 ;缺氧后即刻血浆 T- AOC显著低于缺氧前 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,缺氧后 6 h亦恢复到缺氧前水平。 结论 急性中度低压缺氧可使飞行人员发生短暂的血浆 Cu Zn- SOD水平下降 ,T- AOC降低 ,应使飞行员充分了解可能发生缺氧的原因 ,辨认缺氧症状 。 Objective To explore the effect of acute hypoxia on plasma superoxide dismutas(SOD) content and total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC ) in pilots. Methods Sixteen healthy pilots served as subject s. The plasma levels of SOD and T-AOC were measured by colorimetry before moder ate hypoxic exposure (6:00 am), after exposure (10:00 am) and 6 h later. Sixteen ground served as controls. They did not undergo hypoxic exposure and their plas ma SOD and T-AOC levels were assayed at corresponding time. Result The baseline plasma Cu Zn-SOD level was significantly higher than that of controls (P<0.05). The plasma Cu Zn-SOD level immediately after hypoxic wa s significantly lower than baseline level, and return to baseline level 6 h late r. The plasma T-AOC level immediately after hypoxic exposure was significantly lower than baseline level, and return to original level 6 h later. Conc lusion Moderate hypoxia can induce temporary decrease of plasma SOD and T-AOC. Aircrew must be fully aware of causes of hypoxia incidents and how to r ecognize the condition on correct it when it occurs.
