弹射座椅肩带惯性拉紧装置自动拉力适宜值的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的 确定弹射座椅肩带惯性拉紧装置自动拉力适宜值范围 ,为高性能弹射座椅肩带惯性拉紧装置的国产化设计提供工效学依据。 方法  6 0名受试者靠坐在弹射座椅上 ,克服 0、2、4、6和 8kg大小的肩带后拉力 ,肩部从完全拉紧位置前倾 45 0 m m伸臂做手指按键反应。比较肩带后拉力变化对受试者按键反应时的影响。 结果 肩带后拉力等于或大于 4kg时 ,受试者前倾按键的反应时比 0 kg拉力条件下显著延长 (P<0 .0 1)。 结论 弹射座椅肩带惯性拉紧装置自动拉力应不小于1kg,不大于 Objective To determine the applicable tension of take-up strap/cable for powered retracting, inertia locking, restraint harness take-up device (PIRD) of ejection seat so that to provide basis for advanced ej ection seat design. Methods Sixty male volunteers served as su bjects. They were asked to sit in an ejection seat with shoulder harness system. The reaction time (light signal-button pushing) was measured in the condition of leaning forward 450 mm from the fully retracted position against cable tensio n of 0 kg, 2 kg, 4 kg, 6 kg, or 8 kg. Results When the cable t ension was 4 kg or more, the reaction time was significantly longer than that of 0 kg (P<0.01). Conclusions It is suggested that the take -up strap/cable tension for PIRD of ejection seat should not be less than 1 kg and not more than 4 kg.
