飞行员人工晶体植入术后十年疗效观察 被引量:2

Follow up observation on implantation of intraocular lens in a civil pilot for ten years

摘要 目的 结合 1例飞行员外伤性白内障人工晶体 (IOL)植入术后 10年疗效的观察 ,探讨人工晶体植入术在民航飞行员白内障患者中的应用前景。 方法  1名领航员因气枪子弹击伤右眼后引起外伤性白内障 ,伤后半年于 1990年 9月行白内障囊外摘除术并人工晶体植入术。其后进行了 10年疗效跟踪观察。 结果 术后 1年远视力为 1.0 ,视功能正常 ,1991年 12月取得中国民航总局特许签发的体检合格证。1995年参加领航员改飞机驾驶专业训练 ,现为空中客车 A- 32 0型飞机副驾驶。截止 2 0 0 0年 6月 IOL 植入术后已累计飞行 40 79h。 结论 白内障囊外摘除联合 IOL 植入术用于飞行员各种原因引起的白内障的治疗 ,其疗效是肯定的。没有发现因手术后遗症或并发症而影响飞行安全的现象。建议对飞行员 IOL 植入术后视力恢复正常、视功能正常无并发症者 ,可由体检鉴定部门鉴定为飞行合格 。 Objective To explore the application prospective of implantation of intraocular lens (IOL) for pilots suffering from traumatic ca taract. Methods An An-24 pilot suffered from right eye trauma tic cataract following the air gun bullet injury. Half year later, the extracaps ular cataract extraction and the implantation of IOL were performed for him, and follow up observation of its therapeutic effect later for 10 years. Re sults One year after operation, the vision acuity was 20/20. Through CA AC permission, he was qualified to be a pilot again. On 1995, he became the assi stant pilot Airbus-320. Up to now, his flight time was 4 079 hours. C onclusion Through our follow up observation, it is considered that ext racapsular cataract extraction, phacoemulsification and implantation of IOL have confirmed effect on cataract. It is suggested that if there is no complication after implantation of IOL, and visual acuity recovered to normal, the pilot can return to fly through CAAC special permission.
