摘要 目的 :研究带血供腓骨移植术后的形态变化。方法 :手术切除大鼠胫骨中段 1cm ,造成骨缺损 ;取腓骨中段约 1.5cm ,保护附着的肌肉和血管制成带血管的腓骨瓣 ;将腓骨两端分别插入胫骨髓腔内 ,用克氏针和钢丝固定 ,术后 1周、1个月和 2个月切取标本进行X线、大体标本测量和光镜检查。结果 :术后 2个月移植腓骨明显增粗 ,直径与正常腓骨有显著差别 (P <0 .0 1) ,与胫骨之间无差别 (P >0 .0 5 )。移植腓骨的组织形态发生显著改变 ,主要由皮质骨构成 ,中间的皮质骨较松散。结论 :腓骨移植到胫骨缺损处后 。 Objective:To study the morphologic changes of vascularized fibula graft.Methods:Thirty five week old SD rats were used.The left fibula 15mm in length was isolated while keeping the muscle intact.The left tibia 10mm in length was removed.Both the end of fibula graft was fixed in the medullary cavity of the tibia using Kirschner wires with additional wiring.The specimens were harvested at first week,first and second months postoperatively,and they were examined histologically and roentgenographically.Results:1.Roentgenography study:At the second month postoperatively bony union at both ends can be seen and the fibula show significant bone hypertrophy compared with normal fibula.2.Histological study:The section of the fibula graft was like a ellipse at two months postoperatively.Significant hypertrophy of the fibula was seen,fibula graft was composed of cancellous bone and a small bone marrow.Conclusions:The fibula graft showed significant morphologic changes in early stage after transplating to recipient bed.The hypertrophy of the fibula was also related to the recipient bed.
