四肢骨折病人血浆D-二聚体测定的意义

The Significance of Clarify Difference of D-dimer in Plasma for patients with Extermities Fracture

目的 :了解四肢骨折病人在伤后 2～ 3d(第一阶段 ) ,8～ 10d(第二阶段 ) ,两个阶段中血浆D -二聚体 (D -dimer ,DD)水平测定的意义。方法 :随机各选择 5 0例本院骨科上肢、下肢骨折住院病人 ,组成A(上肢 )、B(下肢 ) 2组 ,于伤后第一阶段和第二阶段用ELISA法测定血浆DD水平。结果 :A、B 2组第一阶段血浆DD水平相比无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,A、B 2组第二阶段血浆DD水平相比有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;A组第一、二阶段比较无显著性差异(P >0 .0 5 ) ,B组第一、二阶段比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :B组病人第二阶段其血浆DD水平明显高于本组第一阶段和A组第一、二阶段 ,提示下肢骨折病人第二阶段血凝状态明显增高 ,应注意预防血栓形成。

Objective:To clarify difference of D-dimer in plasma for patients with post-fracture of the extremities during the phases 2～3d and 8～10d.Methods:All 100 patients were divided into two groups,50 cases were for fracture of the upper limb(A).50 cases were for fracture of the lower limb(B).D-dimer were measured by ELISA method in two group patients.Results:The difference of level of D-dimer during the first phase between two groups was not significant( P >0.05),but significant during the second phase( P <0.05);The difference of level of D-dimer in plasma for A between the phases 2-3d and 8-10d was not significant( P >0.05),and for B the difference was significant( P <0.05).Conclusion:The hemagglutination states for B during the second phase,were superior to it during the first phase and to it for A during all phases.Our finding suggests that we prevent thrombosed dieases from patients with fracture of the lower timb.
