异丙嗪联用纳洛酮对偏二甲基肼中毒鼠存活率的影响 被引量:7

The effect of combine use of promethazine and naloxone on survival rate of mice intoxicated by rocket propellant (UDMH)

摘要 目的 探讨异丙嗪联用纳洛酮对火箭推进剂偏二甲基肼 (UDMH)中毒鼠的救治效果 ,以寻找防治的新途径。 方法  L ACA雄性小鼠 ,18~ 2 2 g,共 88只。按体重随机分成 4组 :对照组、异丙嗪组、纳洛酮组、异丙嗪 +纳洛酮联用组。模型制作 :经过预实验 ,取 UDMH给各组小鼠腹腔注射(15 .6 2 5 mg/ kg) ,制备腹腔中毒模型。治疗方法 :对照组给予腹腔注射生理盐水 0 .2 m l/只 ,纳洛酮组给予每只小鼠腹腔注射纳洛酮 0 .12 m g/ kg,异丙嗪组给予每只小鼠腹腔注射盐酸异丙嗪 7.5 mg/ kg,联用组同时给予腹腔注射纳洛酮 7.5 m g/ kg及盐酸异丙嗪 0 .12 m g/ kg。中毒后 15 min、1h分别腹腔内注射上述药物共 2次。注射完毕后观察小鼠的表现和存活情况。 结果  4组实验动物中 ,染毒后40 min纳洛酮组和联合组的存活率分别为 45 .4%和 5 9.1% ,高于对照组的 2 7.3% ;经过统计学分析 ,盐酸异丙嗪联用纳洛酮组的存活率与对照组的差异有显著性意义。 结论 盐酸异丙嗪联用纳洛酮可明显推迟 UDMH中毒小鼠痉挛的发生 。 Objective To investigate therapeutic effect of combine use of promethazine and naloxone on mice intoxicated by rocket propellant (UDMH). Methods Eighty eight male LACA mice were divided randomly into 4 groups according to their body weight(18~22 g): control group, promethazine group, naloxone group and combine use of promethazine and naloxone group. For each group, UDMH 15.625 mg/kg was given intraperitoneally (ip), and then sodium chloride (0.9%), naloxone (0.12 mg/kg), promethazine (7.5 mg/kg) or naloxone (0.12 mg/kg) combined with promethazine (7.5 mg/kg) was given ip respectively. The symptoms of mice and survival rate in the time course of 120 min after injection were observed. Results The symptoms and survival rate of mice of 4 groups suggested that combine use of naloxone and promethazine could alleviate the symptoms and significantly postpone the mice dying from UDMH intoxication. Conclusion Combine use of naloxone and promethazine is more effective in antagonizing the UDMH intoxication then using naloxone or promethazine only.
