摘要
目的 观察肝癌切除免疫化疗对术后复发的影响。方法 12 1例患者分成 4组 :手术组 ( OP) ,手术加化疗组( OC) ,手术加免疫治疗组 ( OI) ,手术加免疫化疗组 ( OIC) ,化疗经肝动脉及门静脉途径 ;免疫治疗采用 LAK细胞及白介素 - 。结果 4组 3年复发率分别为 76 .7%、5 5 .6 %、45 .2 %、36 .4%。OI组及 OIC组术后复发率明显低于 OP组。
Objective To Study the effects of immunochemotherapy on postoperative recurrence rate of primary liver cancer.Methods 121 cases were divided into four groups.OP group:resection only;OC group:combined operation and chemotherapy;OI group:combined operation and immuno-therapy;OIC group:combined operation and immunochemotherapy.Chemotherapy was performed through hepatic artery or port vein,and the immunotherapy was used with LAK cell and IL-Ⅱ.Results Three year recurrence rate was 76.7%,55.6%,45.2% and 36.4%,respectively.The recurrence rate of group OI and OIC was significantly lower than that of group OP.Conclusion Combined operation and immunochemotherapy is useful in preventing postoperative recurrence of primary liver cancer.
