冷循环射频固化治疗肝癌(附51例临床报告) 被引量:15

摘要 目的 探讨运用冷循环射频治疗肝癌的技术并初步评价其临床应用价值。方法 :5 1例肝癌患者 ( 4 4例原发性肝癌、7例转移性肝癌 ) ,采用冷循环电极 ,在 B超引导下经皮穿刺病灶后行 RF治疗 36例 ,经腹腔镜行射频治疗 8例 ,开腹手术中射频治疗 7例。结果 未发生手术并发症 ,术后患者自觉症状均有不同程度的改善 ,3个月后在经 CT随访的患者中 ,有 7例病灶已完全坏死 ,血 AFP降至正常 ,2 2例病灶得到了控制 ,患者生活质量良好。结论 冷循环射频治疗是一种微创、安全的肝癌介入治疗方法 。 Objective To investigate the techical feasibility and evaluate the clinical value of radiofrequency ablation for hepatic carcinoma with cool-tip electrods.Methods Fifty one patients known hepatic carcinoma (44 cases with priamry liver carcinoma and 7 with metastases) were treated by percutaneous ultrasonic guided (36 cases),laproscopic guided (8 cases) and intraoperative (7 cases) RF ablation with cool tip.Results The symptoms of all patients were improved,and there was no complication.Tumors in 7 patients were showed complete necrosis with the follow up CT performed three month later after operations and 22 cases were controlled.Conclusion Cool tip guided RF therapy is a safe,minimally invasive intervenient technique which has early curative effect on the treatment of hepatic carcinoma.
