摘要
本文结合我国城市公共交通现状分析和德国城市实施公交优先的实践 ,阐述城市公共交通优先权的目标、效果与措施。
The target, effect and measures of urban public transport priority are described here in connection with the analysis of the existing conditions of public transport in China cities and the practice of public transport priority in Germany.
