摘要
扫路机是一种清除地面垃圾的机械 ,具备喷水、清扫、吸入垃圾等功能。针对扫路机的控制的多样性 ,主要介绍了以 MCS-51系列单片机中的 8752 BH为核心 ,对扫路机的控制系统的原理和软硬件进行了分析和设计。同时对控制系统的抗干扰性进行了阐述 ,分别从抑制电磁噪声、硬件抗干扰和软件抗干扰等三个方面进行了论述 ,从而增强了系统的可靠性。
Sweeper is a machine, which can clean up rubbish on the road surface with functions like drizzling, sweeping and sucking rubbish. Aiming at control of sweeper, the author introduced analyses on the theory of software and hardware of the system and their design using single chip computer (8752BH) as the core of control system. At the same time, the authors expatiated some anti-jamming measures, discussed the measures from the points of restraining electromagnetic noise, hardware and software anti-jamming to enhance the reliability of the control system.
