摘要
通过对东风朝阳柴油机公司 MRP 项目的实施 ,阐述了 MRP 系统的思想、模型、结构和原理 .MRP 系统的实施将会促进企业的规范化管理 ,提高企业的产品质量 。
Through carrying out MRPⅡ project in Dongfeng Chaoyang diesel engine company, the paper elaborates the idea, model, structure and pinciple of MRPⅡ system. MRPⅡ means Manufacturing Resource Planning. It is a kind of computer MIS, which is the principal part in planning and controling.The carrying out of MRPⅡ system will enable the company to normalize its management, improve the quality of products and increase its competitiveness.
