甘蓝型油菜胞质雄性不育系花药发育的细胞学观察

The Observation of Cytology on Anther Development of Cytoplasm Male Sterile Line of Cabbage Rape

对几种不同类型的甘兰型油菜细胞质雄性不育系小孢子和绒毡层发育的细胞学观察结果表明,不同类型胞质雄性不育尿的小孢子有发育缓慢,表面皱缩,无核,细胞质少,液泡大,壁发育不完全等现象;胞质雄性不育系的绒毡层细胞普遍异常肥大,有的液泡化显著,绒毡层细胞有分裂增生现象;不同类型的胞质雄性不育系的绒毡层解体时间不同,不育程度越高,其绒毡层解体的时间越早;胞质雄性不育系的不育程度越高,发育到三核的小孢子越少。

The present paper deals with the cytology of microspre and tapetum developmentof varing types cytoplasm sterile line(CMSL)of cabbage rape.The results have indicated that microspres have develped slowly in all types,thesurface was crease,enucleate,less cytoplasm,vacuolus larger,the development of cellwall incomplete.Tapetum cell were larger and some of them vacuolusing,division andmultiplication in the cell of tapetum,The disintegrative time of tapetum vary in differ-ent types of CMSL.The sterile degree gets higher the disintegrative time of tapetumwas earier,The sterile degree gets higher,the developed trinucleus were fewer.
