摘要
远缘杂交获得的八倍体小黑麦原始品系减数分裂期,同源染色体联会表现极不稳定,导致育性下降,这与其染色体组倍性的增加有关.但通过遗传重组和选择可使不稳定性显著下降,并大大提高育性结实率.
Primary variety,obtained distomce from hybridgation,of octopioid triticale reflected unstablehomologue syndesis,in meiosis period,caused decline of fertility,that relate to increase ofkaryotype multiple.Utilizing,however,genetic recombination and selection may makeunstabilzing factors remarkble decline and raising rate of kernel number to flowerlet number.
