Presents composition, functions and characteristics of the software by which the air conditioning load can be calculated, the ice storage air conditioning system selected and designed, the annual energy consumption and running costs calculated. Calculates an example ice storage air conditioning system in a high rise building in Chongqing with this software, and analyses and evaluates the calculating result.
