用气相色谱法测定红花籽油中亚油酸的含量

DETERMINATION OF LINOLEIC ACID IN SAFFLOWER OIL BY GC

目的 :建立红花籽油中亚油酸含量的测定方法。方法 :用碱水解得亚油酸钠 ,甲酯化后 ,以气相色谱法测定亚油酸甲酯 ,用石英玻璃色谱柱 ,以DEGS为固定液 ,涂布浓度 10 % ,柱长 3m ,柱温 185℃ ,外标法定量。结果 :线性范围 5 .0 6～ 90 .44mg ,r=0 .9995 ,平均回收率 98.1% ,RSD =2 .1% (n =9)。结论 :该法灵敏、准确。

OBJECTIVE:To assay linoleic acid in safflower oil by GC, to provide basis for evaluate the quality of safflower oil.METHODS:Analysis was carried out on a 3 m×3 mm ID. vycor gas column, coated with DEGS, 10% spreading concentration, column temperature at 185℃. The linoleic acid was quantified by external standard method.RESULTS:The linear relation was obtained in the range of 5.06-90.44 mg ( r =0.9995), the average recovery was 98.1%( RSD =2.1%, n = 9).CONCLUSION:This method is sensitive, accurate and reliable. It can be used for the quality control of safflower oil and its products.
