摘要
目的 :建立测定利巴韦林口含片含量的方法。方法 :采用ODS C18柱 ,甲醇 水 (5 2∶48)为流动相 ,检测波长 2 0 7nm ,流速 0 .5ml·min 1。结果 :线性范围为 10～ 5 0 μg·ml 1,平均回收率 10 0 .95 % ,RSD =0 .84%。结论 :该方法简便 。
OBJECTIVE:To establish a C 18 assay method for Ribavirin tablet with HPLC. METHODS:ODS C 18 was packed in the analytical column, The mobile phase consisted of methanol water (52∶48) and the flow rate was 0.5ml·min 1 ,The UV detection wavelength was 207nm. RESULTS:The ribavirin was linear over the range of 10 50 μg· ml 1 The average recovery was 100.95% , RSD was 0.84%. CONCLUSION:This method was found to be simple and accurate. The experiments will supply reference methods for analysis of concentration and quality control.
