摘要
目的 探讨接苯大白鼠血清中维生素E谷胱甘肽、丙二醛、谷胱甘肽过氧化酶含量的变化与白细胞下降的关系及其早期生物监测指标的意义。方法 在制备动物模型的基础上用化学比色法监测接苯大白鼠血清中维生素E、谷胱甘肽、丙二醛的含量及谷胱甘肽过氧化酶的活力 ,并进行常规白细胞记数。结果 染毒组大白鼠血清中白细胞数量、谷胱甘肽和维生素E的下降 ,丙二醛和谷胱甘肽过氧化酶的升高存在剂量反应关系 ,各指标在高剂量组与对照组之间存在显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 生物指标维生E、谷胱甘肽。
Objective In order to approch the biological survilliance index that is more sensitive than the decline of leukocyte in subchronic benzolism,we studied the changse of the biological survilliance index(VitE?MDA?GSH?GSH-Px)in the serum of white rats poisoned by benzene.Methods:Determining the indexes in the serum of white rats through 722 spectrometer and counting the white cells through optical microscope.Result The content of VitE?MDA?GSH and the activity of GSH-Px in the experimental team are by far higher than white cell counting in the control team(P<0 05) Conclusion Monitoring the indexes in the serum are of value to subchronic benzolism.
