目的 观察大鼠神经系统内 5 - HT5A受体亚型 (5 -HT5AR)的定位分布 .方法 5 - HT5AR特异性抗体的免疫细胞化学染色技术 .结果 5 - HT5AR阳性神经元主要分布于斜角带核、终纹床核、视上核、室旁核、下丘脑前区、下丘脑腹内侧核、下丘脑外侧区、弓状核、视交叉上核、乳头体上核、杏仁基外侧核、蓝斑、面神经核、舌下神经核、中缝隐核、中缝苍白核、孤束核以及三叉神经节和脊神经节 .结论 5 - HT5AR阳性结构比较广泛地分布于大鼠神经系统 ,5 - HT可能通过 5

AIM To observe the distribution of 5 HT 5A receptor subtype (5 HT 5A R) in the rat nervous system. METHODS Immunocytochemical staining technique was applied by using specific antibody against 5 HT 5A R. RESULTS 5 HT 5A R immunoreactive neurons were observed in the horizontal nucleus diagonal band, bed nucleus of the stria terminalis, supraoptic nucleus, paraventricular nucleus, anterior hypothalamic area, ventromedial hypothalamic nucleus,lateral hypothalamic area, arcuate nucleus, suprachiasmatic nucleus, supramammillary nucleus, basolateral amygdaloid nucleus, locus coeruleus, facial nucleus, hypoglossal nucleus, nucleus raphe obscurus, nucleus raphe pallidus, nucleus of the solitary tract, trigeminal ganglion and dorsal raphe ganglion. CONCLUSION The present results indicate that 5 HT 5A R immunoreactive neurons are quite widely distributed in the rat nervous system and might play important roles in regulating multiple effects of 5 HT in the nervous system.
