Treatment of intracranial metastatic tumors

目的 探讨脑转移瘤患者的最佳治疗方法 .方法 回顾性分析我院近 1 0 a来对脑转移瘤患者的治疗结果 ,治疗方法包括开颅手术切除 ,单纯放射治疗 ,单纯 X-刀治疗和 X-刀治疗加放射治疗的方法 .结果 将所得到的随访资料进行统计学分析后结果表明 , X-刀治疗加放射治疗可以使脑转移瘤患者得到的最佳生存率 .结论 X-刀治疗加放射治疗是治疗脑转移瘤最佳方法 .

AIM To evaluate the results of the treatment for patients with intracranial metastatic tumors, and find out the best treatment method for them. METHODS Patients with intracranial metastatic tumors were grouped into four categories according to the treatment methods: craniotomy, radiotherapy, X Knife, X Knife plus radiotherapy. Survival data were calculated using the Kaplan Meier method. Factors affecting survival were assessed using the log rank test and the Cox proportional hazards model. RESULTS After treat ment, each group got different results, with the group of X Knife plus radiotherapy having the best results for survival rate. CONCLUSION The best method for intracranial metastatic tumors is X Knife plus radiotherapy, the trend has been set for the treatment of intracranial metastatic tumors in the future.
