摘要
目的:补充正常胎儿前庭感觉上皮的解剖形态学资料。方法:本组实验选用新鲜胎尸30例,通过球囊斑、椭圆囊斑、壶腹嵴的分离铺片技术,光学显微镜观察,结果输入JVC图象分析系统。结果:球囊斑、椭圆囊斑、壶腹嵴的毛细胞数分别为18634±297、32834±246、7459±94个,与成人相应部位比较差异不显著(P>0.05)。球囊斑、椭圆囊斑、壶腹嵴的表面积分别为1.95±0.14、3.62±0.36、0.87±0.06mm2,与成人相应部位比较差异显著(P<0.05)。随着胎龄的增加,前庭感觉上皮的面积也增加(0<r<1且P<0.05)。结论:胎儿的前庭感觉上皮的面积较成人的前庭感觉上皮的面积小,但感觉毛细胞数与成人的感觉毛细胞数差别不大。24周以上胎儿前庭感觉上皮的表面积与胎龄呈正相关。
Objective: To evaluate normal vestibular sensory epithelium morphology in fetus. Methods: Surface specimentechnique of macula saculi, macula utriculi and cristae ampullaries in 30 fetus was used and the observation by light microscopy was made and the findings were input into JVC imaging analysis systen in 30 fetus corpses. Results: The hair cells in macula saculi, macula utriculi and cristae ampullaries were 18634±297, 32834±246 and 7459±94 respectively, compared with those in adults (P>0.05). The surface areas in macula saculi, macula utriculi and cristae ampullaries were 1.95±0.14, 3.62±0.36 and 0.87±0.06mm2, respectively, compared with those in adults (P<0.05). The vestibular sensory epithelium area was positively correlated with the age (P<0.05). Conclusion: Surface areaes of the macula and the cristae ampullaries are smaller in fetus than those in adults, butthe total hair cell population is constant. With the increase in fetus age, the suface areaes of the macula saculi, macula utriculi and cristae ampullaries increase.
