硬膜外阻滞区皮温变化的机理研究

摘要 目的:探讨硬膜外阻滞区皮温升高的机理。方法:选择40例施行子宫切除的硬膜外麻醉病人与等数量的腹部手术全麻病人母指皮温对比。结果:实验组病人硬膜外使用利多卡因后皮温逐渐升高,30min后皮温达到最高35±1.1℃,持续45min左右,皮温开始下降。对照组的病人大隐静脉直接滴注利多卡因后皮温没有变化。结论:硬膜外阻滞后皮温升高是利多卡因阻滞了交感神经,与中枢控制无关。 Objective: To study the mechanism of the skin temperature rise of the epidural anesthesia area. Methods: The halluedl skin temperatures were compared between 40 hysterectomized patients using peridural anesthesia and 40 abdominal operated patients using general anesthesia. Results: Temperatures of the experimental group were gradually rising after the injection of lidocaine in the carum epidurale, and 30 minutes after that it reached the highest 35±1.1℃. After 45 minutes ,it begen to drop. The tempratures of contral group with intravenous drip of lidocaine in the great saphena had no changes. Conclusion : The rise in the skin temperature was due to the blocking of sympathtic nerve by lidocaine and has nothing to do with the central contral.
