糖尿病患者血浆血栓素A_2、前列环素、内皮素水平变化及临床意义

The changes and clinical significance of plasma levels plasma thromboxane, prostacyclin and endothelin levels in the patients with diabetes mellitus

目的:探讨糖尿病合并血管并发症患者血浆血栓素A2(TXA2)、前列环素(PGI2)和内皮素(ET)水平的变化。方法:应用放射免疫法测定56例糖尿病患者和30例正常人血浆TXA2、PGI2和ET水平。结果:有血管病变糖尿病患者较无血管病变糖尿病患者血浆TXA2明显升高,PGI2明显降低,血浆ET明显升高。结论:TXA2—PGI2平衡失调和血浆ET升高在糖尿病血管病变的发病机制中可能起重要作用。

Objective: To study the change in plasma levels of thromboxane (TXA2) prostacycline (PGI2) and endothelin (ET) in patients of diabetes mellitus complicated with angiopathy. Methods :The plasma levels of TXA2、PGI2 and ET were measured with radioimmunoassay in 56 patients with diabetes mellitus and 30 healthy subjects. Results:The plasma levels of TXA2 were greatly higher in the patients of diabetes mellitus with angiopathy than the patients of diabetes mellitus without angiopathy. The plasma PGI2 was greatly lower in the patients of diabetes mellitus with angiopathy than the patients of diabetes mellitus without angiopathy. The plasma ET level was greatly higher in the patients of diabetes mellitus with angiopathy than the patients of diabetes mellitus without angiopathy. Conclusions: The imbalance in TXA2-PGI2 and rise in plasma ET might play an important role in the mechanism of diabetic angiopathy.
