Dismembered pyeloplasty (Anderson-Hynes) for the treatment of ureteropelvic junction obstruction

目的:探讨离断肾盂成形术的疗效。方法:回顾性分析96例肾盂输尿管连接部梗阻(PUJO)应用离断性肾盂成形的临床资料。结果:全部手术成功,远期疗效好。结论:离断性肾盂成形术是UPJO的最有效的治疗方法。支架引流是手术成功的保证。

Purpose: To explore the therapeutic effects of dismembered pyeloplasty (Anderson-Hynes). Method: Clinical data of 96 cases of ureteropelvic junction obstruction (UPJO) were reviewed retrospectively. Result: All patients showed satisfactory long-terrn results. Conclusions: Dismembered Pycloplasty is the most effective treatment of UPJO. Drainage and stent are successful securcties.
