依那普利和氯沙坦治疗中重度高血压的疗效观察

Effect of enalapril in combination with losartan in treatment of patients with moderate to serious hypertension

目的:评价依那普利和氯沙坦联用对中重度高血压患者的降压效果和左心室肥厚的逆转作用.方法:对36例中重度高血压患者给予口服依那普利5~10mg/日和氯沙坦25~50mg/日,监测血压、心率及行超声心动图检查.结果:经治疗患者血压、心率明显下降,IVST、LVPWT和LVMI明显减少(P<0.01).结论:依那普利和氯沙坦联用能有效降低血压及逆转心室肥厚,且两药单独用量少,副作用少.

Objective: To survey the effect of enalapril in combination with losartan in the treatment of hypertension and left ventricular hypertrophy(LVH). Method: Thirty-six patients were treated with enalapril 5~10mg qd and losartan 25~50mg qd. Blood pressure, heart rate, left ventricular posterior wall thickness(LVPWT) and septal thickness (IVST) and LV mass weight index (LVMWI) were monitored before the treatment and 6 months after that. Results: Blood pressure and heart rate were significantly decreased in the patients. The parameters LVPWT, IVST and LVMWI were all improved. Conclusions: Enalapril combined with losartan was effective in reduction of high blood pressure and reversal of LVH. Moreover, their effective dosages were low and they have little side effect.
