清化肃肺汤治疗肺念珠菌病37例疗效观察

Treatment of Pulmonary Moniliasis by Qinghua Sufei Tang: A Clinical Observation of 37 Cases

目的：探寻中医药治疗肺念珠菌病的辨证规律和临床疗效。方法：将３７例肺念珠菌病患者按辨证分为痰热郁肺、痰湿蕴肺、肺阴亏虚３型，采用清热解毒、化湿祛痰、肃肺止咳为治则的清化肃肺汤加减治疗．结果：治愈９例，有效２３例，无效５例，总有效率为 ８６．５％；．结论：中医辨证治疗肺念珠菌病具有满意的疗效，值得深入研究。

Objective: To explore the rule of syn- drome differentiation and clinical effect of herbal medicine for pulmonary moniliasis. Methods: 37 cases of pulmonary moniliasis were differentiated as the following syndromes: phlegm - heat stagnated in lung, phlegm - damp accumulated in lung and deficiency of lung - yin. The therapeutical principles employed were clearing heat, removing toxic substance, resolving damp, expelling sputum and releasing the stagnated lung - qi and reliev- ing cough, and treated by Qinghua Sufei Tang with modi- fication. Results: 9 cases were cured, 23 cases effective, 5 cases ineffective, the total effective rate being 86. 5% . Conclusion: A satisfactory result was obtained in the treatment of pulmonary moniliasis by TCM.
