摘要
用感病亲本商南连毛英87—2—1与抗病亲本玉青841—1—2—1自交系及其杂、回交后代进行室内苗期人工接种芜菁花叶病毒和大田自然诱发病毒鉴定,结果表明,大白菜抗TuMV遗传属加性—显性遗传,估计至少受2对抗病基因控制.广义遗传力为53.84%,狭义遗传力47.24%,二者数值接近,说明基因的非加性效应较小。计算得D、H、F值分别是7.68,2.14,1.49;√(DH)>F,表示各个基因位点的h(基因的显性程度)的分布是分散的。势能比值(P.R.)为正值(+0.27)且H<D,说明大白菜对TuMV的抗病性表现为感病亲本部分显性。
The advanced generations, which were from self-and backcross between disease susceplible parent, Shangnan Lianmaoying 87—2—1, and resistante parental, yuqing 841—1—2—1, were innoculated TuMV artificially in seedling stage and induced virus disease in field. The results of experiments have indicated that the resistance TuMV of chinses cabbage to TuMV was additive inheritance, controlled by at least 2 pairs gene.The broad-and narrow-sense heritability were 53.84% and 47.24% repectively. The non-additive effect of gene was little as a result of two close figures.The dates of D.H.F.accounted were 7.68, 2.14 and 1.49 repectively,DH^(1/2)>F, representation the h (degree of dominance) of each gene locus has distributed disperselly. The P.R. was +0.27 and H<D. The resistance of chinese cabbage to TuMV has representated partial dominance of susceptible parent.
