摘要
考察了脂肪醇聚氧乙烯 ( 7)醚磺基琥珀酸单酯二钠盐的合成工艺条件 ,并测定其表面化学性能。得到了如下较佳合成工艺条件 ;醚酐摩尔投料比 1∶1 0 5 ,酯化反应温度为 12 0℃ ,反应时间为 4 0h ;顺酐与亚硫酸钠的摩尔投料比为 1∶1 0 5 ,磺化反应温度为 80℃ ,反应时间 2 0h ,整个反应在氮气保护条件下进行。最终产物得率大于 96 0 %。测定得到其主要表面化学性能为 :临界表面张力为 36 8× 10 -3 Nm-1,临界胶束浓度为 1 91× 10 -4 mol·L-1,钙皂分散力LSDP为 2 8% ,乳化力为 5 43min ,去污力为 12 0s ,泡沫力为
The synthetic conditions and surfactivities of disodium alkyl polyoxyethylene(7) sulfosuccinate were investigated.The optimum reaction conditions are as follows:The raw material ratio of maleic anhydride to alkyl polyoxyethylene(7)ether for esterification is 1∶1 05(mol/mol),reaction temperation of esterification is 120 ℃,reaction time of esterification is 4 0 h.The ratio of maleic anhydride to sodium sulfite for sulfonation is 1∶1 05(mol/mol),reaction temperature of sulfonation is 80 ℃,reaction time of sulfonation is 2 0 h.The yield of disodium alkyl polyoxyethylene(7) sulfosuccinate is more than 96 0 %.The main surface chemical propertise are as follows:the critical surface tension 36 8Nm -1 ×10 -3 ,the critical micelle concentration 1 91 molL -1 ×10 -4 ,the dispersibility LDSP 28 %,the emulsifying ability 5 43 min,the detersive power 120 s,the foamability 185/183mm.
