超高黏度硅油乳液的研制及其在香波中的应用

High-viscosity silicon oil proparation and its application in shampoo

硅油在香波中的使用效果已得到广泛的认可 ,但硅油的疏水性 ,增加了分散的难度。以OB -2 (烷基二甲基氧化胺 )为分散剂 ,采用常温乳化 ,制备了超高黏度硅油乳液。研究了混合乳化剂的选择、用量和分散剂的用量等对产品性能的影响 ,得出较佳的工艺条件 :混合乳化剂用量 4 5 % (w/ % ) ,m (分散剂 )∶m (硅油 ) =0 4∶1。并将研制的乳液应用在香液中 。

It is widely approved that the siliconoil applied to shampoo become effective.The high-visoosity silicon oil dispersion is prepared by OB-2(Alky| dimethy|amine oxide)as disperse medium and in use of usual temperature emulsifying method.The influence factors for its properties.such as mixing emulsion system choice and quantity.disperse medium quantity ace are discussed.The optimal process conditions are mixing emulsion system and disperse medium quantity are respectively 4 5 %( w /%)and OB-2 0.4 g/g silicon oil. And its application in shampoo acquires a good effect.
