摘要
针对小直径、深凹非球光学曲面超精密磨削中使用的铸铁基金刚石球头砂轮 ,提出了一种基于电火花加工原理的精密在位修整方法。只要改变工具电极直径 ,即可对不同直径的球头砂轮进行修整。实验表明 ,用该方法修整出的铸铁基金刚石球头砂轮具有良好的精度和等高微刃群 ,可很好地满足小直径。
In respect to metal_bonded diamond spherical_top wheel used in ultra_precision grinding for small_diameter and deep_concave non_spherical optical curved face, a precision in_position truing way is put forward based on EDM principle. Only by changing the electrode diameter, spherical_top wheel of different diameters can be dressed. Experiment shows that metal_bonded spherical_top diamond wheel dressed with this method has good precision and contour micro_blade group, which can well meet requirement for ultra_precision grinding for small_diameter and deep_concave optical parts.
