Analysis on Abnormality in Cutting Circle by Machining Center

文章介绍了用雷尼绍激光干涉仪对某立式加工中心所切圆进行检验 ,并对检验图形上坐标反向点处出现的突跳异常进行了分析 。

Inspection on the circle cut by a vertical machining center with a Renishaw Laser Interferometer is introduced, analysis and computer simulation is given on the kick abnormality occurred at the inverse point in the graph inspected, the result of which shows that kick abnormality at the inverse point is due to unmatching inertia of motor with the moving inertia of the moving part.
