醛固酮、醛固酮合成酶CYP11B2基因多态性与原发性高血压病关系的研究进展

摘要 本文研究认为醛固酮可引起血压异常增高并较详细地叙述了其原因,表明了醛固酮在部分高血压病发生、发展中起着重要作用。同时还讨论了醛固酮合成酶CYP11B2基因多态性与原发性高血压病的关系。
