Observation on 8-OHdG Level in Urine of Normal Adults

摘要 目的 检测正常成人尿中 8-羟基脱氧鸟苷 (8-OHdG)水平 ,了解其在正常人群中的分布范围。方法 用 8-OHdG的酶联免疫试剂盒检测尿中 8-OHdG水平 ,用苦味酸法测定尿中的肌酐 ,计算 8-OHdG的肌酐校正值。结果 正常人群尿中 8-OHdG水平为 14 15± 9 0 0ng/mgCr。在不同性别间存在显著性差异 ,男性为 11 85± 5 72ng/mgCr ,女性为 16 2 4± 10 83ng/mgCr。按 10岁一个年龄段分层 ,在男性、女性和全体人群中各年龄组间均无显著性差异。女性在 2 1~ 6 0岁年龄段 8-OHdG水平有随年龄增加而增高的趋势。结论 正常人群 8-OHdG水平的 95 %参考值范围在男女性分别为 0~ 2 5 77ng/mgCr和 0~ 4 4 Objective To detect the level of 8-OHdG in urine of normal adults and estimate its range in normal population.Methods ELISA kits for 8-OHdG check are used to detect 8-OHdG in urine samples.Picrate method is used for creatine detection.8-OHdG level is adjusted by creatine in urine.Results The average level of 8-OHdG in urine of normal population is 14.15±9.00ng/mgCr.There is significant difference between males and females,and the levels are 11.85± 5.72 ng/mg·Cr and 16.24±10.83ng/mg·Cr respectively.The whole population is stratified by every 10 years old,and no significant difference is observed among the stratums in males,females as well as the total.In females aged 21-60,the level of 8-OHdG increases with age.Conclusion The 95% reference ranges of 8-OHdG in urine of normal males and females are 0-25.77ng/mg·Cr and 0-44.89ng/mg·Cr respectively.
