摘要
应用体外细胞培养和MTT比色法。研究大豆异黄酮类化合物金雀黄素和大豆黄酮对人乳腺癌细胞系体外增殖作用的影响。结果大豆异黄酮类化合物能明显抑制人乳腺癌细胞系MCF 7和MDA MB 2 31的体外增殖 ,且呈明显的剂量依赖性和时间依赖性。金雀黄素和大豆黄酮对MDA MB 2 31细胞的抑制作用不如MCF 7明显 ,而金雀黄素的抑制作用优于大豆黄酮。说明金雀黄素和大豆黄酮对乳腺癌细胞系体外增殖具有明显的抑制作用 。
The effects of genistein and daidzein on the proliferation of human breast cancer cell line in vitro were studied by cell culture and MTT colorimetric method. The results showed that both genistein and daidzein could remarkably inhibit, in marked dose dependent and time dependent manners, the proliferation of both MCF 7 and MDA MB 231 cells of human breast cancer cell line. The results also showed that the inhibitory effects of both genistein and daidzein were stronger on MCF 7 cells than on MDA MB 231 cells, and the effects of genistein were better than those of daidzein. The authors of this paper hold that the results have laid an experimental foundation for further explaining the mechanisms of the effects of genistein and daidzein in preventing and inhibiting cancers.
