摘要
探讨盐酸小檗碱 (Ber)治疗肠易激综合征 (IBS)的机理。首先观察不同浓度的CaCl2 溶液对大鼠结肠平滑肌的慢波 (SW)和运动的作用 ,然后在预先加入不同浓度的Ber溶液的情况下重复上述过程 ,观察Ber对这一作用的影响。结果显示 :Ber以剂量依赖的方式抑制Ca2 + 所致的大鼠结肠平滑肌慢波和收缩运动的加强。说明Ber对Ca2 + 通道的拮抗作用可能是其治疗IBS的机理之一。
In order to investigate the mechanisms of berberine hydrochloride in treating irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), CaCl 2 and berberine solutions of different concentrations were used in the experiment for observing the changes of the slow wave and motion of rat colonic smooth muscle. The results showed that berberine could inhibit, in a dose dependent manner, the Ca 2+ caused enhancement of the slow wave and contractility of rat colonic smooth muscle, which suggests the role as a Ca 2+ channel blocker may be one of the mechanisms of berberine in treating IBS.
