急性白血病易患体质研究及病因病机探讨

Investigation of Acute Leukemia Inclinable Constitution and Its Etiological Pathogenetic Analysis

通过对 10 4例急性白血病 (AcuteLeukemia ,AL)患者发病前的体质分析发现 ,AL易患体质为阳性的火型人 ;这种人的典型特点是比普通正常人平素精力更旺盛、很少生病但性成熟时间延迟 ,性格外向而少忧虑 ;患者父母的阳亢 (性情急暴 ,易得高血压 )和患者胚胎期气候的阳热 (五运六气分析为火运太过或水运不及 ,君火或相火司天或在泉 )是AL体质形成的原因。进而认为造血细胞内部五行制化系统中火气过盛、金水失治 ,即只有生长机制而缺乏化收藏机制 ,是细胞AL变的发生机制 ,AL细胞为体内致虚致热的特殊邪气 ;AL是在火气过盛而水、精相对或绝对不足的体质病因基础上 ,AL细胞形成并伤精耗气、致热、逆乱气机。

Patients with acute leukemia (AL) and 208 patients for matched pair control were included in this investigation. It was found that, by analyzing the constitution of the patients before they caught the disease, the constitution of the persons who are liable to catch leukemia is of the fire type (yang in nature). The persons with this kind of constitution are more vigorous than healthy persons, not liable to catch diseases and prone to have a delay in sex maturity; they are extroverts and seldom worry. The reason why they are with their AL inclinable constitution is that there is the hyperactive yang in their parents' bodies and in the climates when their embryos begin to develop. It may be believed that in the body of a person with AL inclinable constitution, the possible disorder of the five elements system of hematopoietic cells causes hyperactive fire and hypoactive metal and water, that to say, there is something wrong with the growing mechanism and the transforming and storing mechanism of the five elements system. This disorder induces hematopoietic cells to become leukemic, and the leukemic cells are of a specific kind of pathogen, which eventually cause the onset of acute leukemia because they consume essence and qi and produce pathogenic heat in the body.
