Characteristics of Action of New Stone Needle Therapy

目的 :对新砭石疗法进行系统的中医理论总结分析。方法 :在临床实践中对不同证型的多种疾病运用新砭石疗法进行治疗 ,用中医理论的辨证分型和治则治法规律分析新砭石疗法的作用特点。结果 :新砭石疗法在众多疾病的治疗中取得了良好疗效。结论 :新砭石疗法具有以下作用特点 :(1)温助阳气 ,养筋荣脉。 (2 )宣导气血 ,疏通经络。 (3)逐寒祛湿 ,消痹止痛。 (4)祛瘀止痛 ,清热消肿。 (5 )潜阳安神 ,止悸定惊。这 5点使得该疗法具有良好的平衡阴阳。

Purpose To summarize and analyze the theory of traditional Chinese medicine about new stone needle therapy. Methods In clinical practice, many kinds of diseases of different syndrome types were treated with new stone needle therapy, and the characteristics of action of new stone needle therapy were analysed with syndrome differentiation,therapeutic principles and methods of TCM. Results The new stone needle therapy achieved a good therapeutic effect for many diseases. Conclusion New stone needle therapy is of following actions: (1)Warmly restoring Yang Qi , nourishing the muscles, tendons and blood; (2)Promoting circulation of blood,dredging channels and collaterals; (3)Eliminating cold and dampness, relieving stagnation of Qi to kill pain; (4)Removing blood stasis to kill pain, clearing away heat and eliminating swell; (5)Checking exuberanced Yang and tranquilization, stopping palpitation and arresting convulsion. Thus, this therapy is of good actions of balancing Yin and Yang , and strengthening the body resistance to eliminate pathologic factors.
