脑膜瘤的CT诊断

CT diagnosis of meningioma

目的 :提高脑膜瘤CT诊断的准确性。方法 :回顾分析 42例经手术病理证实为脑膜瘤患者的CT表现 ,肿瘤位于大脑镰旁 1 0例 ,大脑凸面 1 2例 ,矢状窦旁 8例 ,蝶骨嵴 7例 ,嗅沟 4例 ,桥小脑角 1例。结果 :增强后多为均匀增强 ,边界清晰 ,呈圆形或椭圆形。不典型CT表现为肿瘤混杂有低密度区 ,且无明显强化 ,或呈环形强化或有壁结节的强化。结论 :脑膜瘤的CT表现具有特征性 ,而且临床表现与CT某些征象有关 。

Objective:To improve the CT diagnostic accuracy of meningioma.Methods:CT findings of 42 cases of meningioma proved by operation and pathology were analyzed retrospectively.The tumors were located at falx regin (n=10),cerebral convexity (n=12),parasagittal sinus (n=8),sphenoid ridge (n=7),olfactory sulcus (n=4),and cerebellopintine angle (n=1).Results: Meningioma was frequently homogeneously enhanced,round or oval in shape,and had well defined margin.Atypical CT findings of meningioma appeared as lower density within a heterogeneous lesion,without enhancement or with ringlike or nodular enhancement.Conclusion: Meningioma has characteristic CT features,while its clinical manifestation is correlated with CT findings and the degree of peritumoral edema .
