虎杖片与辛伐他汀治疗高脂血症的比较

A Comparison of the Therapeutic Effects of Huzhang(Rhizoma Polygoni Cuspidati) Tablets and Simvastatin in the Treatment of Hyperlipemia

目的 :比较虎杖片与辛伐他汀治疗高脂血症的疗效。方法 :高胆固醇血症患者 12 0例 ,随机分为治疗组6 0例 ,用虎杖片 3片 (每片 0 .32g) ,tid ,po ,对照组 6 0例 ,服辛伐他汀 5mg ,qd ,po ;疗程均 2个月。并观察治疗前后胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油 (TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (LDL Ch)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (HDL Ch)、动脉硬化指数 (AI)等指标变化。结果 :虎杖片和辛伐他汀治疗高脂血症的总有效率分别为 91.7% ,95 .0 % ,差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;两者均能明显降低TC、LDL Ch、AI水平 (P <0 .0 1) ;虎杖片能显著降低TG水平 (P <0 .0 1) ,而辛伐他汀疗效不明显 (P >0 .0 5 )。治疗组有5例腹部不适 ,3例ALT一过性升高 ;对照组未发现不良反应。结论 :虎杖片降脂疗效与辛伐他汀相近 ,适用于各种类型的高胆固醇血症 ,无明显毒副作用。

Objective:To compare the therapeutic effects of Huzhang tablets (HZT) and simvastatin tablets (SIT) in the treatment of hyperlipemia. Methods:120 patients with hyperlipemia were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group and the control group. 60 patients of the treatment group were given each HZT 0.96 g, tid. po, while 5 mg of STT were taken once daily by each of the 60 patients in the control group.The course of treatment in both groups lasted 2 months. Total cholesterol (TC), triglycerides (TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL Ch) and high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL Ch) of the serum, as well as the arteriosclerosis index (AI) were determined before and after the treatment. Results: The total effective rates of HZT and STT were 91.67% and 95.00%, respectively, the difference being insignificant(P>0.05). Both drugs could distinctly lower the serum levels of TC and LDL Ch as well the value of AI (P<0.01). The serum level of TG, however, could be markedly lowered by HZT (P<0.01), but not by STT (P>0.05). 5 patients of the STT group (control group) had the complaint of abdominal discomfort and the other 3 showed a transient increase in alanine aminotransferase (ALT) activity. No evident adverse reactions were seen in the HZT group (treatment group). Conclusion:The effect of HZT to lower serum lipids in patients with hyperlipemia is similar to that of STT. HZT is indicated in different types of hyperlipemia. It is devoid of adverse reactions.
