眼药滴瓶口颈细菌污染原因分析

Study on the reason of eye medicine dropping-bottle's bottleneck bacterial contamination

目的探讨眼药在使用过程中滴瓶口细菌污染情况。方法将需点眼的 2 0人分为 1组 ,对眼药滴瓶口颈进行细菌培养 ,连续观察 7天 ,并进行细菌分类。结果眼药使用 2 4h后 ,即有细菌污染的存在。且细菌阳性率随着眼药的使用天数的增加而增多。结论眼药使用时应防止瓶口的污染、每周更换 ,瓶装眼液以小容量为宜。

Objective To study the bacterial polluting status on eye medicine drooping bottle's bottleneck,and reduce bacterial contamination during the applying of eye drug and prevent eye infection.Method In patient and out patient in eye department were randomly selected based on the duration of eye drug usage.20 cases in each group and observed for seven days.The bacterial contain on dropping bottle's bottleneck were analyzed and compared according to different time of drug using,frequency of opening the bottle.all bottle has not been disinfected and eye dropping four times a day.Result there are bacterial contamination 24 hours after eye drug using.Bacterial positive rate was 20.7%.Conclusion the eye drug should been replaced weekly.The rational quintity of drug is 5 milliliter and should been used out within five days.To prevent mould growth in warm and humid climate,it's better to keep it in refrigerator.
