目的讨论活检标本大小和数目对尿素酶试验结果的影响。 方法按活检标本的大小、数目及不同的钳取部位分组 ,分别进行尿素酶试验 ,观察试验结果。 结果不同组别标本的试验结果的敏感性和特异性均有不同程度的差别。 结论本试验结果提示尿素酶试验结果与活检标本中的标本大小、数量和钳取部位有直接关系。

Objective Discuss the effect of the size and number of the specimen on the urea enzyme test. Methods Divide the specimens according to different size and number into different groups, then carry out the urea enzyme test separately. Results There was difference in sensitivity and specificity in different groups. Conclusion The results of the urea enzyme test have relationship with the size and number of the specimens.
