桡骨远端粉碎性骨折治疗中T型钢板的应用

The Application of T Shaped Plate in the Treatment of Comminuted Intra-articular Fracture of the Distal End of Radius

目的评价T型钢板治疗桡骨远端粉碎性骨折的效果。 方法 35例术前X线片示桡骨远端粉碎性骨折的患者经手术切开复位 ,以T型钢板内固定治疗。 结果术后X线及功能评估 :31例 (88.6 % )功能良好 ,1例(2 .9% )功能受限且伴明显疼痛。

Objective To evaluate the effect of T shaped plate in the treatment of comminuted intra-articular fracture of distal end of radius. Methods 35 patients with comminuted fracture of the distal end of radius underwent open reduction via T shaped plate fixed inside. Results The postoperative function of wrist joint in 31 cases were good(88.6%),but the operation failed in 1(2.9%). Conclusion The surgical treatment of open reduction via T shaped plate fixed inside is effective for the patients with comminuted intra-articular fracture of distal end of radius.
