摘要
目的 研究甲状腺疾病患者红细胞中微量元素与甲状腺功能激素间的关系并探讨其相互作用。方法 用原子吸收分光光谱技术 (AAS)和放射免疫分析技术 (RIA)分别检测 192例甲状腺疾病患者红细胞中微量元素 Se、Zn、Cu、Fe含量和血浆中甲状腺激素 (T3、T4 、FT3、FT4 )和促甲状腺激素 (TSH)水平。结果 Zn的含量甲低组显著地高于甲亢组 (t=8.4 3,P<0 .0 1)、亚甲亢组 (t=6 .97,P<0 .0 1)和正常组 (t=4 .2 5 ,P<0 .0 1) ,甲亢和亚甲亢组显著低于正常组 (t=3.4 6 ,P<0 .0 5 ;t=2 .5 2 ,P<0 .0 5 )。甲亢组的 Cu显著地高于正常组 (t=2 .4 5 ,P<0 .0 5 )。甲亢组的 Fe初诊组显著地高于治疗组 (t=2 .0 2 ,P<0 .0 5 )。甲亢、亚甲亢、甲低组 Zn的含量与 T3、T4 、FT3、FT4 显著负相关 (r≥ 0 .4 36 ,P<0 .0 1) ,与 TSH显著正相关 (r≥ 0 .5 0 1,P<0 .0 1)。甲亢和亚甲亢组 Se的含量与 T3、T4 、FT3、FT4 、TSH浓度显著正相关 (r≥ 0 .6 2 9,P<0 .0 1)。甲亢、亚甲亢和甲低组 Cu的含量与 T3、T4 、FT3、FT4 显著正相关 (r≥ 0 .32 0 ,P<0 .0 1)与 TSH显著负相关 (r≥ 0 .4 98,P<0 .0 1)。经治疗后 ,异常的微量元素水平可恢复到正常状态。结论 微量元素在甲状腺激素的合成、代谢和生物作用中可能有重要意义 ;
Objective To study the relationship between the trace elements in erythrocytes of patients with thyropathy and thyroid hormones.Methods The plasma thyroid hormones (T 3,T 4,FT 3,FT 4)and TSH level and the microelements Se,Zn,Cu,Fe in the erythrocytes in 192 cases were measured by radioimmunoassay (RIA) and atom absorption spectrophotometry(AAS).Based on the thyroid hormones levels,the cases were divided into four groups including hyperthyroid,sub hyperthyroid,hypothyroid and normal groups.Results The contents of Zn for hypothyroid group was significant higher than that of hyperthyroid ( t =8.43, P <0.01),sub hyperthyroid( t = 6.97 , P <0.01)and normal group( t =4.25, P <0.01).The content of Zn for hyperthyroid and sub hyperthyroid groups was sighificant lower than that of normal group( t =3.46, P <0.05; t =2.52, P <0.05).The content of Cu for hyperthyroid group was significant higher than that of normal group( t =2.45, P <0.05).The significant negative correlation between the content of Zn in the erythrocytes the contents of T 3,T 4,FT 3,FT 4 was found in the hyperthyroid,sub hyperthyroid and hypothyroid groups( r ≥0.436, P <0.01) and positive correlation,between the contents of Zn and TSH( r >5.05, P <0.01).T 3,T 4,FT 3,FT 4 and TSH levels were observed in hyperthyroid and sub hyperthyroid groups, which was significant related to the content of Se( r ≥0.629, P <0.01).The content of Cu was related to T 3,T 4,FT 3,FT 4( r ≥0.320, P <0.01)and negative related to TSH ( r ≥0.498, P <0.01)in hyperthyroid and sub hyperthyroid and hypothyroid groups.After treatment the trace elements values reached to the normal level.Conclusion Trace elements might be important for the synthesis,metabolism and biological function of thyroid hormones,and thyroid hormones might affect trace elements metabolism in erythrocyts.
