腰椎管手术术后康复治疗的临床意义

Clinical significance of postoperative rehabilitation of lumbar vertebral canal operation

目的 分析系统康复治疗在腰椎管手术术后治疗中的作用。方法 回顾性分析 36 9例腰椎管手术患者术前症状及术后随访等临床资料。结果 手术完全成功的 36 9例腰椎管疾病患者中 :术后采用传统方法治疗82例患者 ,出现腰肌纤维织炎 82例 ,神经根粘连 2 8例 ,并发腰椎管狭窄 18例 ;术后采用系统康复治疗 2 87例患者 ,出现腰肌纤维织炎 2 6例 ,无 1例出现神经根粘连 ,7例出现腰椎管狭窄症。结论 系统康复治疗 ,对成功进行腰椎管手术的患者的术后康复及加强脊柱周围组织的稳定性功能 。

Objective To analyse the effect of systematic rehabilitation in postoperative treatment of lumbar vertebral canal operation.Methods The clinical data of 369 cases of lumbar vertebral canal operations were studied retrospectively.Results In 369 successfully operated cases of prolapse of lumbar interverebral disc,traditionaltreament was adopted in 82 cases after operation.Among them 82 cases suffered from lumbar firositis,28 cases suffered from nerve root adhesion and 18 cases,lumbar spinal canal stenosis.The systematic rehabiliation was adopted in other 287 cases complicated lumbar fibrositis in 26 cases,lumbar spinal canal stenosis in 7 cases,no nerve root adhesion were found.Conclusion The systematic rehabilitation play a decisive part in stabilization of paravertebral soft tissue and postoperative rehabilitation for the patients with successful lumbar vertebral canal operation.
