介绍了在电功率测量方面采样测量技术的发展历史、研究现状及新动态,说明了各种采样方法的特点及在应用中存在的问题,并在其误差研究方面给出了全面系统的阐述。
The paper summarizes the history,recent development and future trends in sampling measurement .It introduces various sampling measurements their features and some problems exited in this field.As a result,the paper systematically illustrates the general situation about errors' study of sampling measurement .
