下肢动脉缺血24例临床分析

Clinical Effects of Bypass Using Vascular Prosthesis in Lower Limb Ischemia

目的 探讨提高人工血管搭桥术治疗下肢严重动脉缺血的临床效果。方法 对 1995年 1月— 2 0 0 1年 6月间我科采用人工血管搭桥术治疗的下肢严重动脉缺血 2 4例进行分析。结果 经术后平均 2年 7个月的随访 ,截肢率为16 6 % ,阻塞率为 2 5 % ,通畅率为 5 8 3 %。结论 下肢动脉闭塞时 ,采用人工血管搭桥术是重建患肢血液循环通畅的有效方法 。

Objective To improve the clinical results of treating lower limbs ischemia by vascular prosthesis. Methods Twenty four patients with severe lower extremity ischemia who underwent arterial bypass using vascular prostheses between January 1995 to June 2001 were studied. Results All patients were followed up for an average of 2 years and 7 months and found the amputation rate was 16.6%, occlusion rate was 25%, patency rate was 58.3%. Conclusion The effective revascularization could be achieved by vascular prosthetic bypass in patients with severe lower extremity ischemia, and arteriography is mandatory for selecting the best method of revascularization and planning properly an operative procedure.
