摘要
本文通过对文献 [1]中的Markov模型的改进 ,将组织内成员有可能会退出组织这一因素引入Markov模型中 ,从而克服了原Markov模型的不足 。
The Markov Model is improved in consideration of the fact that some of the members in an organization will maybe withdraw from the organization someday. With the improved Markov model, we can remedy the defects in the former and forcast the number of the personnel in the different departments of the organization.
