摘要
在定时截尾可靠性试验中，有时会遇到无失效数据，特别是在高可靠性、小样本问题中更容易产牛无失效数据．本文综述了无失效数据可靠性研究的的进展情况，并指出了无失效数据研究中几个需要解决的问题．
In the time ended reliability tests, the situation of zero-failure data happens sometimes, especially in high reliability and small sampling tests. In the paper, the developments of studying for zero-failure data reliability was summarized, and the several problems to be resolved in the studying of zero-failure data reliability was given out.
