摘要
在分析外圆工件贯穿无心磨削原理的基础上 ,提出一种既可保证磨削圆度又可提高磨削效率的直线轴承弧形外圆磨削新方法 ,并设计了辅助夹紧装置。
Based on the analysis of the principle of through feed centerless grinding of cylindric workpieces, a new method to grind the arc cylinders of linear motion bearings is presented which can not only improve the grinding roundness but also increase the grinding efficiency, and a set of assisted clamping device is designed.
