在社会主义市场经济中 ,有必要和可能因地制宜地引进并构造出中国式的股票期权激励方案 ,本文在对现行股票期权激励方案评价的基础上 。
It is necessary and possible to introduce and form some China-type stock option stimulation project in the socialist market economy. On the basis of analyzing the current stock option stimulation project, this paper explores the design of the virtual stock option design.
