旋转式伽玛刀治疗颅眶部恶性肿瘤(附2例报告)

Treatment of Cranioorbital Tumor with Gamma Knife

目的 观察旋转式头部伽玛刀治疗颅眶区恶性肿瘤的作用和意义。方法 用伽玛刀治疗颅眶区恶性肿瘤 2例 ,随访 3个月 ,观察了眼睛疼痛、球结膜水肿 ,突眼消退与CT复查肿瘤缩小吸收情况。结果 伽玛刀治疗后当日剧烈疼痛缓解 ,眼睛胀痛、球结膜水肿逐日减轻 ,眼球突出在 1个月后开始回缩 ,CT复查肿瘤缩小吸收。结论 伽玛刀治疗颅眶区肿瘤创伤小 ,止痛明显 ,保留眼球 ,近期效果良好 。

Objective To study the reliabity of gamma knife steretatic radioneurosurgery of the cranioorbital tumor. Methods Two patients with cranioobital tumor underwent gamma knife radiosurgery between 2001 02 26～04 30. The marginal radiation dose were 18～25 Gy and the treatment volumes were 13.52 ml to 16.88 ml. Results After treatment the follow up period in these patients was 3 months. The most of patients clinical showed improvements with in 1 month. Conclusion It has been proved that the gamma knife treatment for tumors in cranioorbital region might be an effective, economical and reliable method.
